1. Our Service

FlippingWebs provides a managed website subscription for small businesses. Your monthly subscription covers hosting and security for your website, content updates, a monthly summary of website visits and enquiries, and ongoing SEO updates, as listed for your plan (Establish, Engage or Expand) on our Pricing page. The initial build and launch of your website is included in your subscription at no separate charge. There is no setup fee, and we do not bill hourly or charge for one-off projects.

2. Seller & Payment Processing

Services are sold directly by Jandri Fourie, trading as FlippingWebs, who is the seller of record for all orders. Payments and recurring subscriptions are securely processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or bank details. Questions about your website, our service, billing or refunds should be sent to us at FlippingWebs@gmail.com. Your use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal's User Agreement, available at https://www.paypal.com/legalhub/paypal/useragreement-full

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. Your first payment is taken at checkout, before we begin building your website.
• The monthly price you pay when you subscribe, including any launch offer discount, stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If we change our prices, the change applies only to new subscribers.
• You may cancel at any time in your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, or by emailing FlippingWebs@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future billing. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Service Delivery

We aim to launch your website within an average of one week from the start of your subscription, once we have the content and feedback we need from you. This is an average timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the applicable billing period, you own the content and design of the website built specifically for your business. FlippingWebs retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to host content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others, including publishing personal information about others without a lawful basis, distributing malware, or violating intellectual property or privacy rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlippingWebs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or repeated or serious violations of our Acceptable Use rules, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
